Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at thedominicationofthings@gmail.com and we'll provide you with instructions for the exchange.

Returns

You have up to 5 days from the date you receive your product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items.

Return Process

2. Review and Approval: Once we receive your request, we will send you an email with the return approval and instructions for shipping the product back to us.

3. Shipping Return: Send the product to the address we will provide. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If the return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:

You may choose an item of equal value from your preference or receive a gift card equivalent to the price of the returned item. We do not offer cash refunds, no exceptions.

Shipping
